Users are advised to ensure their devices are not set to silent mode to fully appreciate the app's features.

The app boasts a wide array of engaging activities, designed to cater to different preferences. Highlights include:

• A deep breathing exercise featuring Zeebo the bear, an interactive character from the Cleveland Play House
• Virtual musical instruments such as a glass harp and hand pan
• A soundboard with 20 ASMR sounds, allowing for mixing and looping
• A meditation soundscape offering 11 worlds along with 17 binaural beats and meditation tones that users can customize
• Creative activities like Explode Draw, Fireworks, and Bubble Pop, alongside calming experiences such as Slime Pull and Water Drops
• Games like Fruit Drop and features for artistic expression including Lawn Draw and Automated Mandalas

This diverse selection of activities ensures there is something appealing for everyone, making it suitable for both children and adults. Developed in collaboration with the Cleveland Play House and the United States Department of Education, the app is free from advertisements and in-app purchases, while also operating without an Internet connection.
